I'd probably get Flamarang or Volcano instead of Enchanted Sword, as its projectile is rather sluggish. I would also get more Healing Potions just in case. If you're using Meteorite Armor, you don't need to to worry about mana costs for the Space Gun or Grey Zapinator. If you find the Travelling Merchant sells you the latter, get it as it's more powerful than the Space Gun. If you're going the melee route, stick to Molten armor.

When trying to kill it, you don't want high damage, you want rapid fire.

The higher the fire rate, the faster you'll kill it, because with every weapon you'll always do 1 damage with a crit of 2.
