You kinda need a lucky coin the way I do it but... even without it you can do it. You need sentries and a slime statue chamber.

The setup is easy. The gear not so much.

I did do something that you could use a slime staff with and creating a spider cave biome.

I think I got 8 plat in about an hour.

Jungle will be on the opposite side of where your Dungeon generates. Keep going one direction (east or west.) If you hit your Dungeon it's on the other side of the map. You'll notice the Jungle when the music changes and you no longer encounter dirt blocks but mostly mud blocks and the grass will look different. You'll know when you've entered the jungle.

To get Snapthorn (I just recently made it) you'll need 3 Vines from Anteaters, 15 Stingers from the Bee's and Hornets (don't know which drops 'em but you'll get them) and Jungle Spores which glow and you can't miss 'em. 12 to be exact.

Build a very long Asphalt bridge for greater mobility and try to take out the top eye as soon as possible. Its Phantasmal Deathray is telegraphed by it looking at the camera shortly before firing. Fly over it or use the Rod of Discord to teleport past it.

If all else fails... build a Spacecart Track across the world and use the Mechanical Cart. It is possible to still get hit but you literally just go full speed and he misses you 95% of the time. The one attack that can hit you is the laser beam which deals huge damage. But mostly it misses. Try to use weapons with some range

If you dont want to try and cheese it be sure to stack as many buff potions as possible. Maybe set a spawn point with the nurse there for a quick heal.

Is it a bug or something but I can't get mythrill after breaking a few alters

You get either orichalcum or mythril (except on drunk or gfb where you get both)

You can shimmer orichalcum into mythril but not vice versa

Oh I got Orivalclum I'm still new to terraria so I thought I had to get every new ore from the demon altars
