Set up a platform about 20-25 blocks over your arena and put some flame burst sentries on it, a combination of flame burst and ballista sentries works well

Some on the ground and some in the platform

Just had a mother slime phase through blocks somehow. I don't understand, wasn't even any hoiked blocks either and its not lag because single player. It's not enough to just be skilled to beat it, you need an insane amount of game knowledge to do well in it, players more skilled than me have given up cause they lack enough game knowledge to succeed

Well sort of, there are a number of constraints for various things that change how you do moat boss fights. Like low gravity on the surface, the dungeon entrance being underground, the changed boss AI, the mech bosses being replaced

Skill alone isn't enough to overcome those you have to have the game knowledge on how best to work around all the quirks of the world and how they affect fights

If you try the same things as before you'll quickly find it's probably not going to work

But my main thing is after having played it, I am more reluctant to replay it just because of how slow it is at the start. So my preference is still just FTW master because I guess I just like normal terraria >.<

Yeah, finches have local immunity frames which means that every finch can hit every enemy

So for plantera you want a durendal whip with ichor flasks, hallowed Armor, pygmy necklace, summoning potions, and bewitching table.

And optical or sanguine staff are nice for the fight. But you can also use blade staff if you additionally use shark tooth necklace and stinger necklace to penetrate more defense.

You can go from 5 hits a second to 49 with max slots

Celebration is the best secret seed. It makes getting so many rare thing super easy, an entire section of the world is flooded with shimmer, and all accessories found have tier 4 modifiers
