choose a class being that class

there's not many things in pre-hardmode that can boost a certain class

for example summoner has ONE armor set pre hardmode

basically, melee uses swords yoyos flails and maces, ranged uses guns arrows and other ranged weapons, mages use magic weapons, summoners use summoning staffs and whips

these four have emblems that drop from wall of flesh

in hardmode, they are expanded more as they each have many more armor sets and accessories

of course nobody forces you to avoid weapons

you dont need to pick a class

Rubies can be anywhere, if you have diamonds you can shimmer those into Rubies, I’d suggest making a diamond farm first
