for golem i would not use chlorophyte bullets, use a different type but get up close so they actually hit

for everything else use chlorophyte with it

because the recoil is so bad the bullets fly everywhere

but even if you're ranged, a good way to increase your damage output is some type of summon (with bewitching table so u have 2) like the twins as well as any permanent mage weapon like the nimbus rod to get extra damage in the fight
