well first you need to defeat plantera. for which you need to defeat either one or all three mechanical bosses, can't remember rn. once those are both done, you ought to look for the lizahrd tempel, a dungeon made of light brown bricks that sits in the underground jungle. Fight through it all the way to the end to find the altar. You need a lizahrd powercell to plop into the altar, and that will summon golem
