On stuff like legendary I'd still say warding is best just because wall lasers can be pain in the butt sometimes, plus imps. Yuck. Then early HM I'd still go warding because obviously stuff starts to hurt again. Once you start getting proper accessories for defence then yeah definitely can switch it up or go full defense for safety. Pretty much how it goes. You're living on edge of crazy to not go warding on hardcore runs anyway, outside of that, it's whatever
