you can pick up some pink ice and place it down somewhere else you want to turn into hallow

it will spread through grass, stone, and all forms of sand

you can transplant any spreading biome anywhere else provided there are valid blocks to spread to

which is how you can get the other evil in your world. you can buy the seeds for the other evil from the dryad in a graveyard and plant them on some dirt underground to make an artificial biome 😄
