in my farm rn i have an open area filled with player walls to prevent any form of spawn, and on the upper half i have a volcano farm. The afk chamber has a teleporter that tps me away as soon as i step on the button from the knockback of an attack (without the anti kb shields ofc) so all the enemies despawn as I regen for a while, then it auto tps me back after the timer is done. Works great for mimics, but only bcs they're kinda rare. Ghosts enemies from the dungeons will be way less rare and it will ruin the efficiency

I did mage already since that was easiest one

because i wouldnt risk getting one shotted by using true melee weapons in close proximity

idk played melee this run, with friends on master mode. And tbh the only time i struggled is low damage during Hard Mode since i was stuck on Night's Edge pre hard-mode weapon. Moonlord tho, it was so easy for me while they were super squishy as Summoner / Mage / Ranger... My DPS was lower but tankiness was so much worth it in terms of survivability
