The strongest flight item in the game is currently the Celestial Starboard, although there are mounts that give unlimited flight, most are an expert mode unlock.

Works even if you are not ranger you just need chlorophyte bullets mega shark can be replaced with minishark if you don't feel like spending that extra gold against plantera

Titanium/Adamantite usually spawns quite deep, so i recommend searching the caves that are just above the underworld.

Terra sparks do not help for duke fishron, while you can use them for the water walking and have the Cthulhu nados spawn underwater and hence be a little lower you can do the same with the actual potion and save a slot
