try plugging the PC side of the HDMI cord into the graphics card's HDMI slot instead of the motherboard one. Also check that your TV is on the right HDMI channel (mine usually gets set to HDMI2)

That is by far her hardest combination, if you can get away from the prismatic bolts and everlasting rainbow fast you are good. I recommend a mount like the unicorn for that part

I don't think cross platform is possible due to the game having different values and even recipes in some items and weapons, if you go to an item on wiki you will notice it shows in which versions something is valid which may not be for others such as pc to mobile difference
