you should make an arena with lots of layers, what I like to do is make one of those layers reach outside of the biome, this way I can stand there which will cause the creepers to fall and compact making it super easy to hit all of them at once.

As soon as it’s coming, you can fall if you’ve got space or go horizontally quickly (going up is a bad idea in general during that fight). I can assure you that it doesn’t have a 100% chance of hitting, I’ve dodged her for 8 hours straight without getting hit with no dodge gear. She’s not easy to learn though, and she is very complicated
