if you’re still looking, hallowed bars are from the mech bosses and ectoplasm can only be obtained after you unlike haedmode dungeon which is after plantera, you need ectoplasm which is found by killing the skeletons in the hard mode dungeon, there’s a rare chance that a dungeon spirit will spawn after defeating an enemy, defeating the dungeon spirit will then give you the ectoplasm, which then all what you need is a Adamantite or Titanium forge, you need 88 ectoplasm and 178 chlorophyte bars to make a full set of armour

For Electrosphere Launcher, beat Martian Saucers in the Martian Madness event. For Garden Gnomes, use Battle potions and a Hunter Potion on living trees and surface caves and they'll spawn

Alternatively, Xenopopper with Crystal bullets can be used to shred the Mourning Wood, too

Just be aware that it won't be as effective for crowd control as the Electrosphere Launcher.
