here's a list of general tips for fighting them:

• movement is very important, take any buffs or accessories that you have to maximize movement control (including asphalt)
• fight on a long, flat surface
• use a projectile weapon, fighting the twins with a sword is not the greatest idea
• fight one eye at a time, bringing them both down to their second phase will increase the difficulty (i would go for spazmatism first, i guess)
• avoid getting close to them at all, but do not run too far away to where they despawn

oh, and since you're a ps guy, you should probably have that auto-lock feature or something to lock onto enemies with ranged weapons
