So @wild sedge your housing isn't bugged, it's an issue with the housing keybinds for everyone. We are working on fixes for it. In the mean time, use "Build from World", it'll work better.

Go into Housing Menu, pick "Query", then hit Triangle/Y, it should change the controls a bit, then AIM at the house you are trying to check, and use the Right Trigger (or whatever the Item Use button is)
