First, you use one demon heart to unlock your classic slot expansion, then expert is +1 and master is +2, but you got to stay in that difficulty to keep the slot

If you have star dust then it depends on the build. Star dust is summoner, nebula is mage, vortex is ranger and solar is melee, they are the best armor sets you can get
