Basically, every single tv brand out there has it's own specific sizes and "Safe regions", where some parts of the screen get cut off. It's impossible to predict for the screen itself, and Terraria uses a LOT of it's screen size. So for a lot of televisions, it will look like it is being cut-off. This can easily be adjusted.
