Your best bet is to find the biome and the corresponding music for biome, dig out a little area for spawns, and just sit afk with a water candle

Underground spread doesn’t matter as long as your top half is sectioned

So you’ll need one long bridge under the sectioned area connection the two main tunnels down

Oh ya, my way is just to clean it

My sectioning essentially creates a barrier from the spreading evil below, while also allowing easy cleaning

I'm so happy right now. I'm on my skyblock world, currently needing to beat Skeletron, and I just learnt how to unlock water. Here is what I've did: ||I've went down to the underworld with three buckets to gather some lava. I went to the shimmer and tossed them in, they became honey buckets. I tossed the honey buckets into the shimmer which turned them into water buckets.|| I also got the Angler now too.
I just realized this allows me to craft a sink too, which gives me mud.

boss components are pretty cheap, and with the new update you can move a demon altar to your crafting stations

build a surface farm with a water candle and battle potions in every major biome that spawns mobs

they are pretty quick to build and have huge returns instead of waiting around for someone to give you the drops

then you can have your own chest full of boss summons 👍

(to be clear i am talking about a farm that doesn’t require a huge area to be excavated, just flattened)
