He spawns in the cavern layer after you defeat a goblin army. U just have to find him. I found him in a cave when I went mining.

Ok, so, the first boss you would want to defeat is the eye of Cthulhu, you can make his summon with 6 lenses (you get them by killing the demon eyes that spawn at night time) at a demon altar in your evil biome (if u don’t know what that is, look it up). Once you make the suspicious looking eye, you will want to go up in an arena you built (just a ton of platforms in the air), and then summon him at night. I recommend something around the lines of platinum armor. Then, you should be able to fight him (beating a boss on your own gives you that nicer feeling of accomplishment, trust me). Good luck!

Yeah, but you would want to do eye first. It’s an easier summon to craft because you don’t need a ruby every time, and king slime can spawn naturally. (And eye of Cthulhu is easier to most)
