You’ll need 25 total for that achievement - sounds like you’re missing a few. You’ll need to have all NPCs in houses except for Santa, since he’s seasonal

As for slayer, there’s no explicit checklist but it’s likely one or two were missed - I’d check through the boss list and see if there are any you don’t recognize, particularly deerclops / empress / QS since they were added more recently than the others
