You make wings, you don't find them. Go up to a sky island after defeating wall of flesh, and a mob called the wyvern will spawn. After killing them, they drop soul of flight. Once you get 20 soul of flight, wait for it to rain and then head to the Tundra/Snow biome. Wait for an Ice Golem to spawn, and kill it. It may or may not drop a frost feather, keep killing them until one of then does. Then go to a mythril anvil and you'll be able to craft them

get bugs as bait and buy a rod from mechanic during the right moon phase or smth also you can craft one with crimtane bars/whatever the corruption bars are and traveling merchant sells one

also wooden one and like other materials but I'd just use the crimtane
