First boss u wanna kill is king slime which u need to kill 150 slimes in a quick time period to summon it or make a crown and combine it with slime at a demon alter, after that u should probably attempt killing eye of cathulu which is 5 lens at a demon alter and summon at night once u killed that boss a couple of times use a gold/platinum pic & hammer to break the orbs in the corrupt biome (think u destroy 3 to make the eater of worlds to spawn in) use the scales and make the armour tools etc after that then u can attempt to kill queen bee or skeletron which ever u want I suggest skeletron cos it opens up the dungeon where u can find decent weapons such as blue moon @quartz mauve

Other than enemies have increased health and damage is there any difference between expert and master mode

@gray lotus In classic boss drops aren’t as good cos u don’t get “goodie bags” but in expert and master bosses drop goodie bags which give items which can only be obtained in master or expert for example the demon heart which is 100% to get from killing wall of flesh in exp/master but isn’t obtained when killing it in classic

Some expert boss drops can be more useful than others so the demon heart from WOF gives u perminantly 7 access slots where as the king slime drop just makes slimes friendly
