Okay everyone I need help or at least a new sense of direction of what to do I've killed the Eye of Cthulhu and a king slime, I found a castle/ dungeon with a old man that has an enemy in it that will one shot me, despite wearing full plat, I cant gain anymore hp or mana either.

So, what do I do now. I mean I know theres floating isles but i havent been able to figure out how to reach them.

Talk to the old man at night and Skeletron will spawn. After you defeat him you‘ll have access to the dungeon

If you enter the dungeon before you defeat skeletron you‘ll get one-hit by the dungeon guardian
