I keep having this problem while playing Terraria on my regular PS4 and I dont know how to get rid of it.
So basically, Im just sitting and playing Terraria on my PS4 and out if nowhere, my game just freezes and stops working all together. I cant pause the game and do a "save and exit", I need to suspend Terraria and relaunch it again everytime it happens, which is a bit painful sometimes, since all of my progress before my previous auto save is just gone after that.
If anybody can help me out with fixing this issue, I would greatly appreciate it!

hey uhh same issue happened, i suggest trying to lower graphics like miner´s wobble or waves quality and such, it helped stop the crashes for me
try deactivating pretty much every effect or setting it to low, the difference isn´t even that big (except for backgrounds, but i have those on)
oh and btw there´s no way to get mods like calamity on ps4 right? :´)
