i recommend to play the latter if you want a decent challange

those seeds also give bosses new attacks

at least some of them

so you just create a new world on master with one of those seeds and you get legendary

The absolute easiest way, is to build a long minecart track. It’s cheap, he can’t catch up to you, and you pretty much won’t be hit ever.
If proper arenas are more your thing, a long platform will also do the trick
