Stardust isn't that bad, generally, especially since you can let Cells dupe themselves and farm them for kills. Vortex sucks, but you can use a one block wide gap and attack through it with weapons such as yoyos to deal with most of the enemies.

You have to build a platform 150 blocks up with solid blocks and a gap of platforms in the middle and use the stormbow with holy arrows

That is the easiest way

I beat the destroyer with ease
