Yes terraria on the vita couldve been modded, but I haven’t heard of ps4s or ps5 having modded items in it

Problem is you need a console with software 9.0 or lower

And someone needs to port or write mods for the ps4 game

Also those need to be injected

So you would need to backup your game and modify it with the mods
