Honestly, me and my friend fought it and beat it first try right after entering hard mode. Granted, we weren’t trying to fight it. We didn’t even know deerclops was a thing until it just randomly spawned on me. Anyway, deerclops seemed easy enough to beat with pre hardmode weapons

1. place non spreadable blocks around it (use the wiki to find the types, like mud)
2. Dig a wide hole around the area which is impure - I think it has to be 4 wide? Wiki it to check
3. use clentamator (or whatever it’s called) after you acquire it from the steampunker post plantera to spread the purities or impurities as you wish

For 2, it’s either 4 or 5 and I think you have to destroy the back walls as well as the blocks

With Terraria on Xbox being kbm compatible, there is a flaw that I was wondering if possible to enable, when playing kbm on Xbox. In the inventory you can't just click an item to pick it up you have to hold and I've gotten so used to clicking rather that holding it's really annoying me, I would like to know If I could change this?
