I used molten armour, and the buffs where medium food, lifeforce, rage, swiftness, ironskin, regen, endurance with the accessories being lightning boots, brain of confusion, panic necklace, shield of cathulu, obsidian sheild and a bond glove
And I used the molten fury and the flamelash
I got really close, with it having around 500 health left.

I've been playing on terraria xbox for a while and I've been having this issue for a while
I thought that 1.4 had fixed it and even 1.4.3 had fixed it even more but in reality it just slowed down the problem

Basically me and only one other person play on a terraria world, we play casually and just go through the motions of the game however the later in the game we get the more and more he disconnects from the world (I own the world)
We will be just walking around and all of a sudden he will just disconnect, we will be fighting a boss and he will disconnect, he can be doing nothing at all and will disconnect.
It's not an internet issue as his internet hasnt done this with any other game and in the early stages of the game he is fine
However now we are at moonlord and he is disconnecting so frequently that we cant even fight moonlord together

We have tried everything from restarting our consoles, signing out and signing back in and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game

Nothing has fixed the bug, and it actually seems to be linked to his specific character
He is able to get into the world and not disconnect on other players but this one specific player cannot stay in the world for longer than a minute or two

We have no clue what's causing the problem and we were wondering if someone else has ever had the problem or if it's a known bug with terraria?

Honestly I experienced the same thing on nintendo switch specifically with moon lord, back then last year I would help someone fight moon lord in their world, and first thing when it spawns I immediately disconnect, idk if itā€™s fixed yet for nintendo switch, and I play on PC so idk, if I were you try reporting the issue in terraria forums or have both you and your friend make sure terraria is up to date

Generally, after you beat the wall of flesh you have 1 of 2 objectives so to speak

  1. Acquire better gear - you can do this initially by breaking altars (thereā€™s a few in the corruption/crimson biome) with the pwnhammer that the wall dropped
  2. Killing mechanical bosses - they have a chance to spawn randomly, but you can make spawners to spawn them manually - Iā€™d wiki the ingredients/recipes
    Thereā€™s three of them: the twins (a duo upgraded version of the eye of Cthulhu), the destroyer of worlds (a laser probe upgraded version of eater of worlds), and skeleton prime (a upgraded version of skeletron)
    I personally recommend doing the destroyer or twins first - but youā€™ll want a nice arena for the destroyer (and twins, but itā€™s not required)
