It’s the biome key from the frost biome, it can drop from enemies in the ice biome and also in hard mode and opens the “ice” chest in the dungeon, which in turn gives u the frost hydra, and yes it is obtainable on Xbox. But the biome keys only work once you’ve beaten plantera

If u check the description of the keys before beating plantera it would say “it has been cursed by a powerful jungle creature”.

And yes the biome keys have a very rare drop rate (1/2500, 0.04%)

But any enemy in that corresponding biome drops it
