Right now, since iirc you’re going ranger, it’s the Daedalus storm bow with holy arrows for destroyer
After that, go for the mega shark with the souls of might.
Then fight whichever boss you prefer

Go for frost armour also.
It’s adamantite bars & frost cores (1 per armour piece)

For movement, terraspark boots and harpy wings are good

depends. you can go for cobalt/palladium, but its essentially worthless. i would recommend adamantite/titanium/frost/forbidden depending on your class and willingness to grind.

that’s not necessarily true, Fox. If you build out a few platforms in the underground hallow, you can get a somewhat consistant spawn rate, while you keep getting the souls for making your own mimics. Although it is an issue when you try to fight mimics when there’s other enemies trying to kill you.

first of all, you may be struggling because of your molten fury bow. i would recommend either grinding in the ice biome, or using a repeater crafted with one of your hardmode ores.
next, upgrade your armour, i would recommend frost armour because of the benefits it offers for ranger players, if you want to use a sword too, keep it simple and do the same thing as the repeater, then upgrade your boots to terraspark boots, (use the wiki for the crafting tree) titan glove isnt too bad, ornate shadow key is just a pet. i would reocmmend also getting the obsidian shield
