i beat all 3 mech’s at the same time in a very weird combination called mechdusa pre-mech (obviously) in legendary mode which is only from special seeds. If you can’t do twins.. it is a very big skill issue.

First, go for the red twin, as it’s somehow harder than spaz in classic

Yeah, I know it sucks, but you don’t need to go too far down

Just far enough to register “underground” on the depth meter

And you can use a hoik wall to make your fishing box impenetrable to any non-plant enemies while still allowing you to fish out of it

I just completed a summoner playthrough myself

You’re in for a treat, but you should get used to fishing

Especially if you plan to skip altar smashing in hard mode

Which I actually highly recommend, since if you don’t smash altars, you don’t have to deal with the annoyance of random pirate invasions or natural mech boss spawns

Honestly i wanted to find the option mostly because the mechanical ruler is annoying as it makes the whole screen blue, on the other side, once i get the blocks i need (i stopped playing just before Journeys End dropped as the happines system ruined my npc city idea and i deleted all my saves 🤦🏻‍♂️😅) i will start themed building again, as it is my favourite thing to do in terraria, for that i need to be able to turn it off to place what i exactly want 🙂
