We made some improvements with the recent patch which seems to have fixed it for those we have asked; So make sure you, and your friends are on the latest version.
From what we can gather it seems to mostly effect people with, not so great, internet connections. So any details you can give us there regarding your internet speed or if you are on wifi etc.. would also go some way to help us to find any remaining issues.

Golem can be a little tricky. Mostly try to have a terrablade and some thing that lets you dash, like the tabi from bone lee. Work on some dodging skills too.
