It's a quest that will give you a random item which is either of the two options, for example honey bucket or honey sponge. The quest for the honey one has to do with fishing in the honey and getting a bumblebee tuna for the Angler. Water bucket and absorbant sponge is available on the 10th quest. The lava bucket and sponge you just fish in lava I believe.
