For example for the jungle chest you can only obtain it’s key as a drop from any mob in jungle biome

so to make a farm go make a 168 wide by 99 blocks tall

make a platform with solid blocks in the center which is 50 blocks

and at the center

make a pyramid

that is 9 blocks tall

it should be a half so that you can make the other side by spacing out 6 blocks

now make a base under that pyramid with chests and a spawnpoint

place a water candle

and stock up on battle potions and greater or luck potions

and place lava in the pyramid

and get to farming

to make artificial biomes you need to place a certain amount of biome block

Afk farm is good and all but events are better if you are playing

300 for crimson/corruption/hallow

1500 ice for ice biomes

or snow

1500 sand or hardened sand for deserts

and 140 jungle grass for jungle

if you do get a key, great!

however what is not great is you need to wait until post plantera

and if you beat plantera

head to the upgraded dungeon and find the corresponding biome chest with the key

Scourge of the Corruptor for Corruption, Desert Tiger Staff for Desert, Piranha Gun for Jungle and Rainbow Gun for Hallow

Vampire Knives are good for tanks

it heals u for every hit

Staff of the Frost hydra is a sentry

it is pretty good for invasions and stuff

Desert Tiger Staff is a summon

instead of getting more of them, The more you summon the more power it gains

Best used with firecracker

Scourge of The Corruptor is the counterpart of vampire knives

instead of shooting multiple knives

it shoots a vile spit which splits into more vile spits that home

cant heal you tho

its the damage counterpart

Piranha Gun is an interesting weapon

Potions is the key. Also try to organize your items cuz you’d have a hard time later on.

once you jit an enemy you should hold so the piranhas would latch in on enemies and deal lots of damage

it is outclassed in the late game however

Rainbow Gun is a must have for mages

its not used as a main weapon

more like a support weapon

and as the name suggests

it fires a rainbow

and if enemies touch the rainbow, they will take a lot of damage

it isnt a main weapon

but more like a support for higher tier weapons like razorblade typhoon

nebula arcanum

and stuff

now thats for the biome chests

make proper arenas and make herb farms and a mushroom biome

you will need these in hardmode

for example

herb farms are great

i can get wrath potions which increase damage by 10%

ironskin potions

which increase defense by 8

and lifeforce potions

which increase hp by 20%

making the endgame hp become 600 instead of 500
