Try to get 400 health. It's a no brainer.

Jester arrows and a Tendon bow is the best combination for the first phase.

If you're playing Expert or higher , the BOC has a difficult final phase. The trick is to stay in the middle, and barely move. The brain hologram things move more erratically if you're moving. A yoyo or blade of grass is a good weapon for this phase.
