I think it's not, it's quite easy to beat actually, especially if you are playing on easier difficulty

Even if you are not strong enough, just beat some of the creeper and you'll get some of the tissue sample easily

I've been playing terraria since old gen 1.1 but master mode is too much for me, I've already had trouble getting to hardmode pre-mech on expert multiplayer
