Depending on the mirror there are different requirements. If you are looking for the accessory that makes you immune to being turned to stone, thats a drop from Medusa. If you're talking about the magic mirrors then they're from gold chests underground (maybe chests close to surface but I'd have to double check that) and ice variant is from ice chests in the snow biome. I'd recommend searching both if your snowbiome is near your base or if you have easy access to it like a pylon. But the mirror is I believe common that it shouldn't take too much but I'd recommend checking the wikis for more details and make sure you pay attention to the version symbols
