I think you should just get the spider armour, a decent summon staff, and wings upgrades

Maybe get your boots to Terraspark before anything else

Try and get some frost wings or any dev wings

Skeletron is fairly easy pre hard if you get the boomstick but I recommend having 200hp at least before trying to fight him.
