U need to defeat all 3 mech bosses to allow plantera bulbs to spawn in underground jungle, they are kinda rare and won't spawn immediately after you defeat the mechs, then when u find one make sure u have a good arena in underground jungle just blow up a huge area, then break the bulb u found and plantera will spawn
