And then he will ask you to get some boss summoning items that are somewhat related to Cthulhu, obvious or not.
If you bring him all non mech cthulhu bosses, you get True Cthulhu
If you bring all the mech bosses, you get Mech Cthulhu
Difference: True Cthulhu has 4 phases and buffed bosses, but he doesn't have too much health
Mech Cthulhu has 2 phases and whole lotta health, plus you have to fight all mechs at once
Its basically up to you which is harder
