EoC is summoned from suspicious eye which can be made using 6 lens in demon Altar which can be found mostly in the crimson/corruption. Suspicious eye can also be found in any chest besides the wooden surface chest. EoC can also be summoned naturally when you have 180/200 health iirc. It can only be summoned at night
