For summoner or mage, being a glass cannon (damage only build) is better especially in Master or above mode

The way the Defense works in master or above is different and making defense less effective to these 2 classes especially they r the only 2 that have lowest def

If you're playing on classic then summoner tank (Valhalla sets) would still be useful aswell as mage survivability focus build

Additionally, invisibility frame build and damage reduction build sometimes works better in many circumstances in Master mode

I would say lunatic cultist because i like being able to dress up as the actual boss, and he’s the only player sized one and you can look really close to the actual thing.
Aside from that tho i wouldn’t really say i have a favourite, sometimes i will incorporate them into my character’s outfit for a bit but often i won’t. If you ask me the worst one tho it’d be the twins with the double pupils.

These r build i like to use for normal activities (not fighting anything), flexible build

This is the build for i use for full tank or AFK tank (staying in the same place while tanking damage). You can replace the Solar Pants with Valhalla Pants but i rather stick to Solar Pants since the full Solar Sets give shied buff which give me Damage Reduction bonus.

More useful than defense if the damage reduction is above 10-15%

This one is for damage focus build. You can replace the Berserker's Glove with Putrid Scent if you have corruption world main

And yes again, for this damage build you can replace the solar pants with Valhalla Pants

How do I defeat the queen bee on mobile as a ranger? I've been struggling for so long yet I haven't even reached below 3k.

My build is full demonite armor, cthulu shield, band of regeneration, shark tooth necklace, spectre boots, and worm scarf.
I primarily use an Unreal Musket for DPS and slime mount to dodge that sweeping attack.

I feel like the only problem I have is the arena and the bee control; how do I deal with the bees?

Also my arena consists of just long 3 level platforms.

Sharktooth necklace only synergizes well with weapons that have fast use time, like minishark

Each attack will deal extra 2 or 3 damage due to 5 armor penetration, regardless of how strong it is

Musket isn't that good on her because she moves around a lot, so I'd really recommend minishark or phoenix blaster if you have it already

Mining build is just a thing prehardmode tbh. When you get drills, mining bonuses become rather irrelevant, at least for not larger than life mining projects

But even then, you can just turn the place into a parking lot with explosives

Prehardmode I have a profile for combat, another for fishing, and the third for mining

On hardmode I replace the mining profile for a secondary combat one

It's usually unbalanced, either full damage or full mobility for example

Except it's not that difficult to get mining speed bonuses. Mining Potions are rather abundant in Chests and are simple to craft, the Ancient Chisel provides a permanent buff when equipped, the Slice of Cake is infinitely reusable and you can just carry it around with you to place once you need to reactivate it, and even foods and the Moon and Sun Stone provide mining speed increases.

Also, Drills are bugged to be one tick slower than their supposed mining speed, meaning it really does not take that many buffs for a pickaxe of the same tier to beat them, let alone match them.

So overall? I dont think they r lacking that much, just hard to obtain good guns for master mode and their low base damage. Xenopopper, venus magnus, and possibly flamethrower or elf melter still got its place for post-golem

Well, machineguns kinda have an uphill fight against enemies with a high armor score, they rely on multiple smaller hits, each getting a fair chunk of damage removed due to how armor works

Flamethrowers are not meant to be short range, they r just having short range than gun or even bow. But it was not intended to be short

The range of flamethrower iirc can reach up to 15m long, its good for clearing trenches

But in the game, its sci-fi and the fact that elf melter exist with frost bite debuff (which i assume its cold flame) then i think flamethrower with bigger range would also make sense

Tho the game did provide something to make it longer. Velocity in flamethrower would increase their range instead of their fire rate

I decided i still want a floating ship which is why there’s a trap door at the top, I’m gonna leave a rope hanging above the tower that leads up to a ship

Hello people. Does anyone know how to use the right click lock on mechanic on mobile? I'm doing a sentry only no whips and my sentries shoot everywhere. And I'm on mobile so idk how to do that thing 😭

the easiest way to do it is to Lock-On to the enemy (you do, with the yellow arrow) and then use the secondary fire button while holding the sentry summoning weapon

on the default layout, this button is on the top left of the movement joystick

You know, during one of first previous attempts to get to my dropped items, i had to get past this obstacle, which can’t be passed without some sort of movement gear, so instead i started mining at the end of the pool of water

I went some blocks, where id mined my way into air, before finding myself falling into water

So i tried mining up again, just to end up in another pool of water

I just wanted to get to that closest pocket of air by that one tree, but kept falling into caves

I did that too once in a multiplayer run, we were fighting qb

So i fell right onto it

There was also a blood moon

A really painful blood moon

It interrupted me on a different journey to get my items

I got close but a bunch of mobs had gathered around them

So i ended up dying

I get back to my house and guess what

Well i didn’t have any blocks or anything and blood zombies open the doors for all the mobs out there

So i just kept dying

And dying

And even when the blood moon ended they wouldn’t leave the building
