once you enter hardmode mimic chests start to spawn in the underground and caverns with a low spawn rate

in the hallowed caverns

hallowed mimics could spawn

they drop a very unique bow

which is really strong for the entirety of the mechanical bosses

i personally use melee class but for the mech bosses i used daedilus bow

its hard to achieve but its very rewarding

you could find the hallowed mimics naturally or craft a soul of light key and put it in an empty chest so it could be converted into a hallowed mimic

No, the treasure potion only showing you the ore that r visible on your screen. While ore detector is accessory you can get from "nymp" which is the "lost girl" and detect the most valuable in its detect range

Just make a big empty space in jungle underground, then fill it with mud fron left to right with 3 tiles gap each floor so you can still walk pass thru em

Like you make an arena but this one with mud and smaller gab

Note: dont forget to spread the jungle to ur mud or the bulb/life fruit wont spawn
