Well server hosting for free, hmmm you can try fps.ms (it's good enough for free) like what I used. I think you can just search it, if not then maybe dm me. (Though you have to do a daily renewal to keep it open, if you don't, there's still a chance to renew it to make it not delete the server)

But the hardest part is managing the server cuz tshock can be pretty complicated, I think you should join the tshock server (after creating a server) to get help there.

Sanguine is slightly better, but Blade Staff is still a very good option for the Twins, even if you only use Cool Whip with it

i don't really think weapons is your issue here, if you're just going Full Summoner, Sanguine is already your best option

with Twins it's likely one of two things you're dying to, the phase 2 Spaz flamethrower, or Rez just constantly chipping away at your health and ruining your momentum

with Rez, higher defense can be pretty effective, such as Warding accessories and a Shield to prevent knockback, try to go in a zig zag sort of pattern during the first phase of the fight

with Spaz's second phase, just try to keep your distance over trying to whip it, even if your minions is the only thing dealing damage, that's better than trying to whip during that phase, either a dash or some form of quick mobility like an extra jump can help keep your distance when Spaz tries to get closer, even the Unicorn mount works well

if you're using Firecracker, going for Obsidian armor with Sanguine is a viable strategy for this boss, the longer whip range can make it easier to take them down in Phase 1, and you'll actually be doing more damage than Spider armor as long as you're consistent with your whipping

for your accessories, try to aim for Fairy Wings or any of its alternatives, with Amphibian Boots to help with acceleration
and use those for your mobility

Pygmy Necklace is recommended for damage.
Star Veil or Worm Scarf/Brain of Confusion is recommended for survivability.
Berserker's Glove is a good mix of both, but can be hard to come by if you're not on Crimson

Pain and you need to get used to it, play smarter and stuff.
You get extra slot of accessory for free, and you can beat wof to get another one, to get 7 slot total.

Ah, well, it's quite complicated and I don't want to share that much because of that.
Basically you need a server hosting site for free like mine, fps.ms with many steps to get one and specifically choosing tshock. Tshock is very cool. (and it's on github, meaning open source)
Setting up tshock is also more complicated. (If you're planning to use it, join tshock server, they can help you)
And then you need to download a file and then upload it to the folder.
And then do a command, to specifically download a plugin that creates so called rouge mode and then you can do config and stuff.
