And copy the files you want to import to the download folder
Then after that, you can then upload the files to cloud storage like drive, mega, etc.
Then in another phone, you can then access the files and download it. Then copy the files and put it on their respective folders in the same path I provided.
Tip: you could put the files on folder or smth then zip it so you can upload it as one file, so you can unzip it later.
What I meant by the path thing. Is you go to Android folder, data folder, find terraria folder named like com.and.games505.TerrariaPaid, and then you should see the other folders to paste the files.
Make sure you have already a player or world existing to see the folders.
What if:
Black screen/world is red and can't access on terraria?
Do this,
You need to make players and worlds, just random players, and small size worlds. How many you will create is depends on how many worlds/players you will be exporting.
Then in your file manager, you can then name the already existing worlds and players that matches the imported worlds/players, so you can then paste it and overwrite it.
Telling you this because sometimes this happen and happened to me.
