What's the best terraria world size by the way

Medium tends to be the best for the general majority who play on Singleplayer, it's not excessively big where getting to biomes such as the Ocean takes really long, but not too small where fighting can be a hassle with limited headspace

there are certain benefits to the other world sizes though, Multiplayer is usually better with Large worlds, more loot to share around in total, and more space that multiple people can explore at once

small worlds are quick and simple, if you're already very familiar with the game and just want a quick short playthrough, small might be your ideal choice, since stuff like Shimmer is very easy to find, Sky Chests always contain the exact same loot with no duplicates, and traveling barely takes time even without Pylons
small worlds also work if your device is on the lower end of performance, since they have less things in total to update, small worlds are best for performance

i would say it highly depends on if you already have built in muscle memory for other control schemes already or not (Mobile Terraria does support other control schemes, but i'll assume only Touchscreen here)

i've played Touchscreen for the majority of my Terraria hours and i would say with confidence just about anything you can do on PC you can also do on a Touchscreen setup with enough practice
so i would not call the control scheme a limiting factor
but in terms of picking it up for the first time and learning the controls can vary, i introduced my siblings to Mobile Terraria, and learning the controls was never an issue for them, got the hang of it real quick, and i chalk it down to them being only used to Touchscreen controls for their gaming experiences before it

whereas, i see most people trying out Mobile switching from Keyboard and Mouse on PC can feel quite jarring

but otherwise, it's basically the same game

It's really fun, you should give it a shot

Changes the game a lot compared to other seeds and is fairly playable

Ofc, some things in this particular seed are more challenging than in a normal playthrough, like digging up and risking dying to sand or slush, but it's still avoidable

Also the fact that it's boring until you get a hook, but since farming gems early on is easier in this seed, it's no big deal
