You're missing a flight/ jump accessory, I recommend you swap shield of cthulu out for it

Panic necklace increases your speed by 50% for 5 seconds when you take direct damage

Magiluminescense increases your acceleration

it still does yes, it does require more work to get working since Mobile multiplayer isn't the same as it is on PC, so you need a minimum of 2 players to do the setup
but once the setup is done, it just works

Get a Daedalus Bow from a Hallowed Mimic, and use Unholy, Holy, or Hellfire Arrows in preferably a large arena with space to avoid his head, also make sure you focus probes down to avoid being overwhelmed by lasers (probes also drop hearts)
