Try out hostfactor.io it gives out completely free server hosting but yeah it would be limited to the bare minimum settings (not of Terraria, your Terraria world would still be huge but storage and ram also region)

Um u can create your own mimic but I am not sure if it's called mimic farm. You can farm the souls to create keys to create your own mimics.

If you don't play on the server for a while it will automatically stop, and the next time you start the server you'll get new ip and port from that server in order to join

There's no credit system there

And it's all free

Also it does autosave

But you better watch out and take a backup from the website of the world before logging off

You can play for endless time using it tho

It's just that if it's empty then it will stop automatically after a while
