Guys do you have any way of creating a permanent mobile server?

I've seen some tutorials on YouTube but they're mostly 'if you're not online daily the server will be deleted in the next 2 days' and some others are showing to just pay subscription to make your server permanent active, but I don't want that. Any ways?

i don't know anything about that except, well, paid servers, but you can try using athernos (if i remember correctly, they have servers for Terraria), but you will have to turn server on everytime you are going to play. Another way is vpn, which is not permanent too

though you can give access to turning on athernos servers to other people, so for example if you got friend, he doesn't have to wait till you hop on, he can start athernos by himself and play
